Yeah! First stretch extensively, stay in bed for a few minutes and then open up for breakfast. To start the morning well and get the best out of the day, start your day with a vitamin-packed smoothie. Here is one of our favorite recipes:
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Green Panda Austrian smoothie mix
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of blueberries or blackberries
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 100ml almond milk
- 2 kiwi fruits
Remove the casing of the apple, cut the kiwi in half and scrape out the pulp with a spoon. Mix in the blender with the rest of the ingredients - done!
For a great start to the day.
